Does IntakeOS replace a CoE's existing intake process?
It replaces the intake form and the triage meeting, not the CoE. Submissions of uneven quality become structured, scored records with a recommended pattern and generated documentation, so the CoE spends its time on delivery decisions instead of chasing submitters for missing detail.
How does a CoE defend its ranking when someone challenges it?
By showing the rules. Scoring is deterministic across eight dimensions, and each opportunity carries the rules that fired and the values that triggered them, so a challenged ranking can be reconstructed instead of re-argued.
What documentation does a CoE get from an intake?
PDD and SDD documents, current- and future-state process maps, an ROI and payback model, and the recommended pattern with ranked alternatives - generated during the intake and routed to a reviewer for validation before delivery picks the work up.
Do CoE delivery tools have to change?
