CHRO · People Leader · Change Management Lead
Address the job-displacement question honestly — before your people ask it.
Automation programs stall or backfire when the workforce is treated as an afterthought. IntakeOS puts your people at the center of discovery from day one — they're the ones interviewed, the ones whose expertise gets credited, and the ones who see what happens with what they shared.

What IntakeOS does for you.
- 1A credible, evidence-based view of what's actually changing role by role, not a vague future-of-work slide
- 2Frontline employees run the discovery interviews themselves — participation, not just notification
- 3Problem-First qualification that fixes broken systems instead of automating around frustrated people
- 4A track record you can point to: engagement rises when people help design what replaces their busywork
“Our contact center agents had been burned by every prior automation wave. IntakeOS flipped the dynamic by giving them the intake mic. Internal NPS for tooling rose 47 points.”

Short answers to the questions CHRO teams raise before taking IntakeOS further.
Why involve employees in automation discovery at all?
Because the detail that determines whether automation works is only in their heads - the workaround, the Friday exception, the reason a step exists. Involving them also changes the politics of the program: people who help design the change are far less likely to resist it.
How much time does participation take from each employee?
About 45 minutes per process, completed on the employee's own schedule in a tool they already use. There is no training requirement and no workshop to attend.
How does this help answer the job-displacement question?
It replaces speculation with specifics. Each intake documents which tasks a change would affect and which stay human, so a people leader can talk about role-by-role impact with evidence rather than a general reassurance about the future of work.
What if a process is frustrating because the system is broken?
Problem-First qualification catches that. Candidates whose root cause is a broken system are routed to a system fix instead of being automated around, which avoids layering automation on top of a problem employees have already flagged.
